So where do you start the process of moving offices ??..... THINKING
Thinking of many, many different things – where should we go , what do we need , what will the staff want/need, what about our clients’ needs etc etc.
It can all become a bit daunting unless you have a way of putting all that thinking into particular boxes.
I like to call them big view, detailed, action and completion thinking.
It is important to have a structure and to write down those thoughts as they come to mind. Big view & detailed thinking this is all about the design stage where you can define all the items required to make your office move a great success.
Action and completion thinking this is where the fitout construction has started and decisions can be crucial to defining the final budget and completion time.
